Up-coming beach cleans in the region

I hope everyone is well.

With it being January that only means one thing….

Its Eco Warriors Birthday. Wow its came round quick and yes, we are celebrating our 8th year in 2026.

Mullock Bay
Sunday 22nd February meet at what3words decently.glares.kettles at 10.30 sharp. Please bring own lunch so we can enjoy it together. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for weather. No for the less mobil this clean sorry. Come along and make a difference, see the local wildlife including the reaident grey seals whilst enjoying a day out, meeting others and making a difference.

Shark Egg Easter Hunt 11am Powillimount beach 5th April 2026. Bring lunch along so we can sit down together afterwards. We can also do some beach art and rock pooling. Please also bring cake as we love cake🤣

We need to point out and make aware of potential Avian flu and washed up Palm Oil in the area as highlighted by #dumfriesandgallowaycouncil

Behaved Doggos and kids, HOWEVER it may be safer for doggos to be on a lead due to any potential palm oil around that maybe be toxic to them if consumed.

We are working behind the scenes on cleans coming up at Brighouse bay, Rascarel, Mullock. Barlocco and others to follow. Our annual Shark egg Easter hunt at Powillimont beach with be Easter in connection with our Easter egg shark hunt with @Shark trust
